Since December 2018, New Zealand's Cabinet Ministers have been required to proactively publish summaries of their official meetings. This site collects every entry from beehive.govt.nz into one searchable record.

What's in here

Each row is one meeting: the Minister, date and time, a short description, location, attendees, and the portfolio it relates to. The data reflects what Ministers chose to record in their published diaries. It isn't a complete account of every interaction, and entries vary in detail from Minister to Minister.

Using the data

Every search and filter result can be exported as CSV or JSON for your own analysis. Look for the export links at the bottom of any results table. You can also browse the full table directly, sort by any column, or write your own SQL queries against the underlying database.
